Chris Gallagher, MD
Founder and CEO
Dr. Gallagher trained in cardiology and electrophysiology at UT Southwestern before founding Access TeleCare, which became the nation’s largest acute telemedicine provider — 768 physicians across all 50 states, recognized by Modern Healthcare as “Best in Telehealth.” He built Teos to bring that same standard of care directly to patients.

Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Hallock is an emergency medicine physician who has spent his career making sure patients in crisis reach the right care fast. He led clinical care as Chief Medical Officer of Access TeleCare, the nation’s largest acute telemedicine practice, through its growth into ten clinical specialties — and he still works shifts in the emergency room.
